We understand that your household items are valuable to you and would not want to be responsible for their damage. Therefore, we ask that you remove any items that are either attached to the windows, on the sills or furniture located in front of the windows to minimize the risk of breakage or water damage. Though it is easier to clean a window with no curtains, it is not necessary for window treatments to be removed in most cases.
The duration of a window cleaning service depends on the size of the property, but typically ranges from 1 to 5 hrs.
While we prefer that someone be home it is not required. Integrity and honesty are everything to us and we will never put profits ahead of our principles. It is our hope that I can prove that to you also.
Yes, we can generally clean windows up to 30 feet from ground level - without a ladder or a rig! Sadly, it's not because we can fly. Our unique water-fed pole system can easily reach those tough spots and because it uses deionized water, there's no need for cleaning solution or squeegees.
